Can I modify my order?
It depends how quickly you contact us. Most orders you place with us at enter the shipping process very quickly (within minutes of order placement) so we can get your items to you as soon as possible. Depending on where we are at in the processing.... you may be able to change your order. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I order by phone?
Absolutely. You may order by phone 9am to 5pm central time zone. Monday - Friday. If no one is available to take your call, please leave a message and we will call you back.
When will I receive my order?
Typically, orders are shipping out within 24 hours of our receipt of your order. You can expect to receive your shipment within 2 to 7 business days. Most often we use USPS Priority mail (which includes tracking), but occasionally, first class or media mail.
How do you handle back orders?
If an order contains a back ordered item, you will be notified within 24 hours. We will discuss with you how to best handle the situation. In most cases, the rest of the order will be shipped out ASAP and the back ordered item will be shipped out (at no additional cost to you) when it becomes available.
What if I don't receive my order?
E-mail us your name and shipping address and we'll contact you after we've checked with our mail providers and suppliers to find out the cause of the delay.
What if I received the wrong item?
Occasionally mistakes do happen. If your order is incorrect in any way, please contact us, and we'll take it from there.
