Dr. Beth's Avocado Dill Salad Dressing
Serves: 3-4
  • 1/4 cup avocado or EV olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/3 of a medium sized avocado
  • 2 tablespoons (approx) of fresh dill
  • pinch of sea salt


Blend in bullet, food processor or blender. Can add more liquid if you want a thinner sauce.

Serve on salmon, tuna steak, salad or cooked veggies.

keeps for a few days in the fridge.
