Dr. Beth's Avocado Dill Salad Dressing
- 1/4 cup avocado or EV olive oil
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/3 of a medium sized avocado
- 2 tablespoons (approx) of fresh dill
- pinch of sea salt
Blend in bullet, food processor or blender.
Can add more liquid if you want a thinner sauce.
Serve on salmon, tuna steak, salad or cooked veggies.
keeps for a few days in the fridge.
