Dr. Beth's Berry Berry Smoothie
Serves: 2
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup cranberries (or other fresh fruit, blueberries, peaches, chopped apple)
- 3/4 cup berry juice (more for thinner consistency)
- 1/8 cup vanilla protein powder or 1/2 cup plain yogurt or 1/3 cup tofu
- 1/8 cup (heaping) ground flax seeds
- Optional: a few ounces of sparkling mineral water
- 1 package Emergen C (any flavor)
Mix together in blender.
