Dr. Beth's Chocolate Almond Cherry Clusters
- 1/2 cup raw almonds, lightly chopped
- 1/3 cup dried cherries, lightly chopped
- 3 oz. dark chocolate chips (about 1/2 cup)
- Liquid stevia to taste - if needed
Mix almonds and cherries in bowl
Melt chips over double boiler
pour chocolate over almonds and cherries and stir to coat well
Cover cookie sheet with wax paper
Put spoonfuls of mixture on wax paper and chill for about 20 minutes,
remove from wax paper and serve. makes about 8
