Dr. Beth's Green Detox Smoothie
Serves: 2
  • 3 handfuls fresh spinach
  • 1 small to medium avocado
  • 5 springs fresh mint - leaves only or 1-2 drops spearmint essential oil
  • about 1/3 cup cilantro leaves (if available)

  • 2 tablespoons ground flax
  • 2/3 cup Greek yogurt, plain

  • 2/3 cup water or more if you like it thinner

  • 1/8 cup lemon or lime juice
  • liquid stevia to taste
  • couple of ice cubes


Blend.
