Dr. Beth's Orange Dream Smoothie
Serves: 2
- 1 peach or nectarine or mango
- 3/4 cup orange juice (more for thinner consistency)
- 1/8 cup vanilla protein powder (or 1/2 cup plain yogurt or 1/3 cup tofu plus a few drops of vanilla extract)
- 1/8 cup (heaping) ground flax seeds
- A few ice cubes
- Optional: 1 package Tangerine flavored EmergenC
Mix together in blender.
