Dr. Beth's Pea Salad
Combine ingredients in large bowl, chill for one hour and serve.
4 cups frozen peas (thawed)
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (plain)
1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1-2 tablespoons coconut aminos
4 turkey bacon strips, cooked and crumbled or chopped
