Dr. Beth's Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Serves: 2
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana (a little green is good or it gets too sweet)
  • 3/4 cup apple or white grape juice (more for thinner consistency)
  • 1/8 cup protein powder or 1/3 cup yogurt or 1/3 cup tofu
  • 1/8 cup (heaping) ground flax seeds
  • Optional: Strawberry favored EmergenC

Mix together in blender.
