Dr. Beth's Strawberry Banana Smoothie
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 banana (a little green is good or it gets too sweet)
- 3/4 cup apple or white grape juice (more for thinner consistency)
- 1/8 cup protein powder or 1/3 cup yogurt or 1/3 cup tofu
- 1/8 cup (heaping) ground flax seeds
- Optional: Strawberry favored EmergenC
Mix together in blender.
